Privacy
How Reflectora handles your data: your activities, reflections, plans, name and registration number stay in your browser, and nothing you write is sent anywhere.
What stays on your device
Everything you enter, your activities and their reflective fields, your learning plans, and your settings including the name and registration number printed on your pack, is written to your browser's own storage (IndexedDB, or local storage where IndexedDB is not available) under the key reflectora.portfolio.v1. There is no server side to this site: it is a set of static files. Nothing you type is transmitted anywhere.
Your record therefore belongs to one browser on one device. It does not follow you to another computer, it is not backed up by us, and nobody else can read it. Clearing site data for this site removes it permanently. Export a backup file from the log to keep a copy, and store it somewhere you trust.
Service users and colleagues
A CPD record should never identify a service user or a colleague, and the log reminds you of that beside every form. Because nothing is uploaded, anything you type stays where you typed it. The printouts are produced by your own browser's print dialog.
No AI service
Reflectora has no AI features and calls no AI service. Your text is never sent to a model for drafting, rewriting, scoring or any other purpose.
No accounts
There is no sign up, no sign in, no email capture and no password to lose.
What is collected
No account, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics of what you write. Standard web server logs kept by the static host may record the request for a page, its time, and a network address, in the ordinary way any web server records a request.
Page counts
This site counts page visits through Cloudflare. The count sets no cookie, it cannot follow you from here to another site, and nothing you enter is part of it. It records that a page was opened, not what you wrote.
Purchases
If paid features are offered, purchases are handled by a payment processor, who receives what a checkout needs. An anonymous purchase id is then kept in this browser so your access is recognised. Your record is never sent to them.
Cookies
Reflectora sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or cross site tracking scripts.
Children
The site is a record keeping aid for registered professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will appear on this page.

Questions about privacy go to socialreminderinfo@gmail.com. Since nothing is stored on a server, most requests are answered by telling you which local storage key to clear.
