Time spent can be more than the credits: breaks and revision of what you knew are not new learning.

Where the evidence is kept (optional)

For example: certificate in the email folder, notes in the blue notebook. No file is uploaded.

Never name a service user or a colleague: describe the learning, not the people.

Import, export and backup

A CSV needs a header row with at least date, title and credits. Each entry already in the log (same date, title and credits) matches one row at most, which is not added again; identical rows beyond that are added as separate activities. Everything stays on this device: files are read and written by your browser.
