# Reflectora

Reflectora is a free, private CPD log for health and social care professionals registered in Ireland. It logs each activity with its credits (one hour of new or enhanced learning is one credit, fractions allowed) and the reflective fields an audited record is read for, counts credits in every 12-month period and in each profession's published audit period, shows the first date the registrant would fall under 30 credits, keeps a learning needs review and plan by year, and prints an audit pack and a one-page credit summary. - Reflectora is a record keeping aid; CORU's current guidance governs, and only your registration board decides whether a record is compliant. It is not an official form or template and it submits nothing.
- It never writes, suggests or completes reflection text. There is no AI.
- Audit periods marked "not published" are settings the registrant controls; the regulator's audit page governs.
